To meet the demanding need of our clients ECM Appraisal Services
Inc. incorporates the following policies:
- Appraiser must be in GOOD standing with the OREA.
- Appraiser must provide us with an active license and E&O
insurance policy before any orders could get assigned to them.
- Appraiser must be FHA approved.
- Appraiser must be consistent in answering phone calls during
normal business hours. (9am to 5pm).
- Appraiser must reply to our emails within a reasonable
amount of time.
- Appraiser must contact the "borrower/home owner/entry
person" within 6 hours of receiving the initial order.
- Appraiser must dress appropriately when performing physical
inspection.
- Appraiser must complete an appraisal report by our required
due date. If unable to fulfill our required due date, appraiser
must notify us before accepting the order
- Appraiser must notify us of the following: Appointment
Dates, value verbals (when available), ETA, and any delays as
soon as possible.
